LLEGA EL OTOÑO

Empieza el Otoño. 

Y en Proyectos y Personas ya hemos dado el pistoletazo de salida a los eventos del cuarto trimestre del año. Comienza la magia y con ello comenzamos a salir de Zaragoza, a visitar ciudades maravillosas donde nos encontramos con diversos congresos médicos, a organizar salas para crear ese ambiente que tanto buscamos en cada ocasión, a estar pendientes de las luces, pantallas, micrófonos, etc… Y mil cosas más que os podría contar. Pero no os quiero aburrir, porque cuando estás fuera parece todo fácil y sencillo y, sin embargo, cuando lo ves desde dentro te das cuenta de que tienes que tener más ojos que una madre primeriza viendo como su hijo se tira por el tobogán del parque. 

Es por ello que esto no es una tarea fácil, solo apta para valientes. Y podríamos hacer una lista de la compra de todo lo que necesitamos para llevar a cabo esta tarea. Todo se resume en:

- Una libreta (que sea bonita, para que la tengas cerca y apuntes todo)

- Un ordenador (comprueba que tenga internet y que llevas todos los adaptadores y el cargador, sino no nos sirve de nada)

- Ochocientos cables (que si HDMI, que si cables de red, que si mini Jack, que si XLR, que si alargaderas…)

- Ochocientas cajas (con televisores, pantallas de proyección, cajas de sonido, micrófonos, transformadores, cajas con cables…)

- Muchas ganas. Muchísimas. Porque sin ganas evidentemente no estarías aquí. Y porque con ganas parece que todo se hace más fácil.

- Una caja con soluciones. Porque lo más probable es que te dejes algo, que te encuentres alguna sorpresa al llegar a la sala o que surja algún problema no previsto. Para ello es importante que seas resolutivo y encuentres rápido una manera de solventarlo todo.

Dicho esto y después de la parrafada, sólo quiero decirte que espero que estés pendiente a nuestras redes sociales (Instagram y LinkedIn) ya que ahí vamos publicando todo lo que hacemos (y algo más 😉) así que no tienes excusa para escapar de nuestros eventos.

Autumn has started, and at Proyectos y Personas the events from the last quarter of the year have begun. Magic emerges as we start going out of Zaragoza, to visit wonderful cities where we find ourselves with different medical congresses, we start to set up rooms to create that special atmosphere we look for in every occasion, to be aware of every light, screen, micro… And a million more I could tell. But, I don’t want to bore you, because when you are outside it all seems a piece of cake, nevertheless, when you are inside of it you realize you need more eyes than a first born mother looking after her child.

This is a task only for braves. And we could do a shopping list with every item we need to fulfil this task. It all comes to:

- A notebook (a beautiful one, you need it close to you so you can note everything)

- A computer (check it has internet and you have every adaptor and charger you need; otherwise t doesn’t work)

- Around 800 boxes (with TVs, projector’s screens, sound boxes, micros…)

- Around 800 cables (HDMI, Ethernet, mini jack, XLR, extenders…)

- To feel like working. A lot. You wouldn’t be here if you didn’t want to. And because wanting to makes everything easier.

- A box of answers.  Because you will probably have left something in the office, or you might found something out of place or anything you didn’t expect. That’s why having quick responds is really important.

After all of this long text, I just want to tell you to be aware of our social media (LinkedIn and Instagram) due to the fact that we post everything we are working on over there (and more) so you don’t have an excuse to miss our events.
